We stayed for a night and loved the convenient location across from the concert venue. It was perfect for us, especially with the variety of dining options nearby. Plus, the walk to Playhouse Square was an easy breeze for our family to catch a live show.

In my wife’s opinion, the parking options could have been more family-friendly. It would have been great to see a dedicated family parking area for easier access.

We loved lounging in the beautiful outdoor courtyard and watching the sunset after a fun day out. The fitness center had all the gear we needed for a quick workout, and the common lounge area was perfect for relaxing with friends. The only bummer was that we had a minor hiccup with the room not having enough towels at first, but it was quickly sorted out. 😊

The proximity to Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse made our trip very convenient. Valet parking offered an affordable alternative to game day parking, allowing us to relax before the event.

The room lacked some attention to detail that would elevate the stay.

Had a great time with the comfy room and excellent beer selection at the bar. Valet parking was a hassle but manageable. Would happily return, just skip the valet!

the staff was super friendly and helped with everything i needed. my room was really clean and had all the basics. it’s in a great spot, close to the rock and roll hall of fame and awesome eateries like city tap bar. breakfast was delicious and the service was awesome, they even made me decaf coffee on request. great vibes overall, especially for a solo traveler!

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of my room. And the mattress was so comfortable, almost felt like I was lying on a cloud, not a hotel bed! Plus, the decor? The bathroom had this awesome Cleveland wallpaper. It gave me a nice nostalgic vibe, ya know?

The staff was exceptionally helpful, assisting with luggage and providing great service throughout the stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from key attractions like Progressive Field and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and excellent service.

Price felt high for the value received.
